One On One

We highly recommend that new students attending our studio first take 4 - 8 private lessons with us. Not only will this help you get undivided attention, but also it will help us to determine the suitability of the classes to you.

There is a complicated variety of Yoga Practices to choose from. Not only can it be difficult to get started making positive changes in your life, but it can also be frustrating attempting to make the decisions that will best meet your wants, needs, passions, and capacities.

Working with us privately is a completely different experience than attending a group class. A One On One approach allows you to take all of your specific details into account. Injuries or structural ideosyncracies.

More and more people are starting to find the benefits of Yoga go well beyond the physical aspects. Having an opportunity to work one-on-one with Byron or Sandy will give you an opportunity to redirect the course of your life and to personally face your specific challenges with support and confidence.

Learn how to work with injuries or diseases in a way that can maximize your health potential. At the same time, learn what it is that you truely need to enjoy your life on your terms.


For some, a regular class that will help them stay focused and safe in their home practice is the main reason for regular appointments. For others, a One On One session is used to help get past some obstacle that they are currently faced with. Still others use a series of 6 or more classes as a safe preparation for joining our group classes.

This process is not a quick fix, however with caring and attention it is the only way to really feel empowered over your circumstances.
