The Shavasana Yoga Centre is located in the beautiful Locke Street South area on Aberdeen Avenue at the charming 150 year old "King's Grant Cottage ". The inside of Shavasana Yoga Centre is a warm and welcome refuge. As you enter the front door you are greeted by an almost jungle like sunroom.

The atmosphere has been designed to create a feeling of energy, well being, and peace which will compliment your Yoga practice.

Parking is available on Aberdeen Ave after 6pm or on Mountain, Cottage, or Locke Street.
